Due to a prolonged delay Euroway entered into an agreement with its insurers covering is much delayed ship from the ex Yugoslavia, the shipyard now located in Croatia. This agreement meant that Euroway was to be indemnified against the direct consequences of the developments in the ex Yugoslavia |
